Our Shirts:

Hattie & George was founded in 2014 by Laurence Ligon, a designer with an eye for detail and love for color. Inspired by new trends in men’s clothing, particularly with men’s shirts, Lead designer Laurence Ligon developed Hattie & George, creating highly textured fabrics and exotic colorways. The versatile jacquard patterns, are the hallmark of Hattie & George. Jacquards are intricately woven rather than printed on the surface of the fabric and provide a richer, more sophisticated look.

The shirts are made from custom fabric - meaning it is not something you'd get from any catalog or local shirt-maker. Constructed with luxury features like mother of pearl buttons, medium-weight, 100% cotton yarn for a softer texture and perfect drape, with tab collars that stand out from the everyday. They are the perfect blend of swagger and comfort.

Hattie & George represents a new era of menswear that weaves together metropolitan style with understated elegance; classic and modern; crisp tailoring with timeless details; clean lines balanced with texture; contemporary silhouettes updated with traditional details... all designed for men who appreciate high quality products at an affordable price point!

Mission Statement:

We, at Hattie & George, want everyone to feel welcomed shopping in our store - regardless of gender, race, creed, color, or sexual orientation.  We recognize that wanting to look great in our shirts is not limited to men only.  We describe our shirts as menswear to inform our customers of the cut and styling, not to whom they are being offered.  We appreciate all the support and celebrate the beautiful canopy that is humanity in all its forms.  This sentiment is vital to our mission of providing cutting edge, stylish, distinct shirts, and accessories.

We are just getting started.  Stay tuned!.
