Neck
Measure around the base of the neck. Allow a little space for a comfortable fit.
Chest
Measure around the fullest part of the chest below armpit.
Sleeve
Slightly bend elbow. Measure from the center back of the neck to shoulder, then to the bottom of the wrist bone.
